- Sugar theme was customized to give the CRM a modern, elegant and vibrant look
- Various custom modules like Client’s History, Work History, Settlements and Co-Counsels were built to ensure an efficient workflow system so that no cases slip through the cracks
- The Report builder module was customized such that filters could be applied to build reports on any module. Reports could be viewed, downloaded and exported in PDF and .CSV formats. Report data could be grouped using drag and drop functionality and information displayed in the form of charts
