Challenges
The Client was looking for a mobile app that could be used as a switch for the Charging Station of an Electronic Vehicle. The app had to also include a functionality that would allow users to track their electricity consumption. There were a number of challenges that were hindering the client’s progress. They required assistance to solve the following issues:
- How to communicate with the charging station
- How to allow users to access the charging station
- How to dynamically change the gateways for the charging stations
- Authorize users credit card with some payment gateway
Rolustech sat down for a number of meetings with the client to properly understand their requirements and started working on a solution that would satisfy their needs. Our developers devised a mobile app that users could use to charge their electronic vehicles through a designated charging station. The mobile app also included information on the charging station capacity and tracked the user’s consumption to calculate periodic billing and cost estimates.
