No, RT QuickBooks Integration for Sugar is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time and will only be charged for the months that your subscription has been active.

 

Q4: Does it support Sugar On Demand?

Yes, it does support Sugar On Demand Instances.

 

Q5: Which versions of Sugar and QuickBooks does this integration work with?

RT QuickBooks Integration for Sugar works will all currently supported versions and all editions of Sugar. Our integration also works with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Enterprise, and Online.

 

Q6: How do I hide QuickBooks data in Sugar from normal users?

If you have a licensed edition of Sugar, Admins can disable editing or viewing of any field. The admin can set up roles or teams to turn on and off certain QuickBooks fields or data.

 

Q7: My Create view is not visible?

Make sure your License key is updated and correct.

 

Q8: Is normal user have a authority to Create/Edit Accounts or other modules?

No, only Admin has these rights.

 

Q9: Is duplicate entry Allowed?

No, duplicate entry is not allowed whenever customer will enter a duplicate entry QuickBooks will encounter this and give error message.

 

Q10: I need to sync immediately and cannot wait for the scheduler to run and sync?

I click on ‘Sync Data with QuickBooks’ button. It should sync that particular record immediately.

 

Q11: Can I select few record of module for Sync?

Yes, you can go to a certain record’s edit view and select the ‘Sync Data with QuickBooks’ from the action menu.

 

Q12: If I have to give any personal or professional information when asked in support ,is that information will also protected?

Yes, we give full security and privacy to our customer’s information.

 

Q13: Which versions of Sugar and QuickBooks does this integration work with?

1- Login to your Sugar instance
2- Go to Admin panel
3- Click on Repair
4- A new page will open click on run Repair and Rebuild.
This will solve the layout issues.

 

Q14: The links and relationships do not seem to be working properly?

1- Login to your Sugar instance
2- Go to Admin panel
3- Click on Repair
4- A new page will open click on run Repair Relationships.
This will solve the broken links and modules relationship issues.

 

Q15: I do not see the syncing popup what do I do?

If manual syncing popup doesn’t appear, try hard reloading the page or try incognito mode from browser.

 

Q16: What should be the interval for the scheduler?

Try to set a reasonable time interval for the scheduled job performing data sync to avoid stacking the jobs.

 

Q17: I am getting the error “Sync for this module is already running”. What do I do?

When scheduler is running, manual syncing throws the error “Sync for this module is already running”. Wait for the scheduler to complete its job and then sync again.

 

Q18: What is the best sync practice?

If you have more than 100 records try to rely on scheduler instead of performing manual module level sync.
